Finally… Our 1st DSLR!
17/11/2010. I will never forget this day. It is the day we purchased our 1st DSLR. It’s a Nikon D7000.
After waiting for so long for Nikon D7000 to come to Malaysia especially Penang, I became stunted and undecided. It’s like you can’t believe it that you can buy it now. Suddenly, I was worried whether it is a wise purchase as we seldom buy things when they are first launched.
Nikon Malaysia retail selling price (RSP) for Nikon D7000 price for body only is RM4,398 and Nikon D7000 price with AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR kit lens 18-105mm RM4,998.
My bad for not checking it out before yesterday’s posting. I was really lazy to check again after so many times. Thanks to my photographer friend, Kaye, I was informed that the price for Nikon D7000 with 18-105mm kit lens + bag + 8GB SD card, + filter + LCD protector in Penang, Malaysia is less than RM4,500. This information really make my day! My girlfriend and I are super excited!
I have been asking around and most camera shops tell me that Nikon D7000 will be officially launched in Malaysia in late November 2010 or December 2010. Nikon D7000 will come with 18-105mm. Some of them tell me that Nikon D7000 with kit lens 18-105mm price is around RM4600++ and some tells me that it is over RM5000++. I am really confused.
