Penang Visit #2: Taman Rimba Teluk Bahang & Teluk Bahang Dam
All in my life, I am always thinking of how to become better and how to earn more. And I have never wanted to relax myself or enjoy all the natural surroundings around me. Inside my mind and eyes are $$$. Haha!
Due to my girlfriend’s insistence, I started to visit Botanical Garden, Youth Park and other greenery in Penang. Now I am hooked! And I will introduce all of you to more natural areas in Penang, Malaysia and many more.
This is my second Penang visit after Penang Butterfly Farm. I visited Taman Rimba Teluk Bahang & Teluk Bahang Dam.

Another bigger river for more people to enjoy cool water
Bye Bye Taman Rimba Teluk Bahang Penang!
Overall, Taman Rimba Teluk Bahang is a simple park with a few facilities. You can enjoy your picnic beside the only river or swim in the river. A little boring for me.
Let’s move over to Teluk Bahang Dam. A very big dam and the views there are breathtaking. Enjoy the pictures and do give comment about the pictures. Thanks.

A tip on how to enter Teluk Bahang Dam with your car. Tell the guard confidently that you are in for the dragon boat training thing and he/she will let you in. If not, the guard will not let you in.
That’s all folks. Hope you enjoy this post. I felt very peaceful and recharged after this trip. More to come!
