[RUMOR] Samsung Galaxy Note III Prototype Revealed!!!

Samsung Galaxy Note III prototype is finally leaked out!!! And 6-inch Galaxy Note 3 rumor is getting more real.

Thanks to SamMobile, we can have an idea of what the next generation of Samsung Galaxy Note. Samsung is introducing a new reference design strategy for its Galaxy phones. The rumored prototype of Samsung Galaxy Note III (SGN3) has slightly rounded edge. And as expected, the bezel is very thin and shows the awesome 5.99-inch Full HD display, a new trend in Galaxy series.

Let’s do a recap of Galaxy Note 3 rumored specs:

  1. 5.99″ sAMOLED display.
  2. 13 megapixel camera.
  3. Octa-core or SnapDragon 800 processor.
  4. S Pen functions.
  5. Android 4.2.2 or 4.3.
  6. Samsung’s own Touch-Wiz Nature UX.

This is just a rumor and it could be another device’s leaked photos. IFA 2013 will reveal the answer soon. We will just have to wait. :-)

My own opinion as owner of Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The phone size is really getting bigger and bigger. Does bigger means better appeal? I am not so sure. For me, last time 5.2-inch is definitely unacceptable for me. Now, it is acceptable for me because I love bigger screen for my media consumption but I do find it hard to hold and for one hand operation. Imagine now, a 6-inch phone. I am not sure if I can accept it or not. Have to wait until I hold it, then only I can comment.

3rd of June was a happy day for 50 Iron Man fans. 1st Avenue Penang launched their mobile app in Play Store and AppStore with their exclusive giveaway which is Iron Man 3 T-Shirt. I am so sad that I can’t go and get the T-shirt because I need to prepare for my USM Final Examinations. :-( Anyhow, I have my blogger friends who went there to cover the event for me. Here you go.

The queue started very early. And as you can predict, mostly are youngsters.

1st Avenue Penang Launched Its Mobile App With AWESOME PROMOTIONS!!!

Mobile apps are getting traction in Malaysia with the latest addition of mobile app from 1st Avenue Penang, one of the premier shopping mall destination located at the heart of Georgetown.

Many companies and entities are flocking into the mobile apps scene. After testing out 1st Avenue Penang mobile app for a while in my Galaxy Note 2, I can say that it is quite a decent app but with a few things to improve on.

Weird thing, I can’t find the download link for iOS AppStore. Just type 1st Avenue Penang in AppStore and you will see the app. Great is that they have universal app for iOS AppStore. Good effort there. :-)

It’s a rather clean and sleek design. But beware it is 20MB++ in size and cannot be moved to SD card. :-( Bummer!

To check on the promotions, click on the ‘Exclusives’. And 1st Avenue Penang has something exciting for Iron Man fans this coming June.

The photo quality is a bit bad. It’s good for the disk space but everyone loves a sharper image right? Hope they will improve it in the next update?

You only need to present your downloaded 1st Avenue Penang app and show to the Customer Service Officer at the Information Counter on 2nd June 2013 at 3pm to claim your Iron Man T-Shirt. It’s limited to 1st 50 shoppers only.

It is official that Huawei Ascend Mate will be launching in Malaysia soon on 30th May 2013. Huawei Malaysia has announced in their Facebook page about the details of Huawei Ascend Mate launch.

Here are the details of Huawei Ascend Mate:

  1. 6.1-inch 1280X720 IPS+ Display.
  2. 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU Huawei K3V2 chipset.
  3. 2GB RAM.
  4. 32GB Internal Memory.
  5. 8MP rear camera.
  6. 1MP rear camera.
  7. 4050mAh battery.

The next natural question will be ‘How much is Huawei Ascend Mate in Malaysia?’. The pricing is yet to be announced but should be above RM2,000.
